I dispute the debit of ₹50,710 on my SBI Credit Card for a failed transaction dated 27th July 2025 with the merchant EasemyDeal. The merchant has clearly confirmed that they did not receive the payment and that no services were provided. I have never sent any communication confirming the success of this transaction, contrary to SBI Card’s claim regarding an alleged confirmation dated 21st August 2025.

Despite submitting all relevant evidence, the RBI closed my complaint without properly reviewing the supporting documents, which is highly concerning and unjust.

This has resulted in denial of my legitimate chargeback claim and has caused me financial loss.

I request immediate reopening of the dispute, proof of the alleged confirmation, initiation of chargeback, and permanent reversal of the debited amount
