Axis bank not cancel my credit card

Hii,

This is inform to you that Axis Bank saleman his told selling to me axis bank neo credit card and card futures life free card but I have got my zone credit and some different charges.

And I have compliance axis Bank customer care and I have already emailing to axis Bank customer care, nodal officer, axis security, and axis bank Ahmedabad main compliance.

But they are not responding me.
Kindly help us.
