WHEN I BOOKED MY RAIL TICKETS PAYMENT THROUGH MY HDFC BANK CREDIT CARD THAT TIME WE RECEIVED SMS THAT TICKET CHARGE AMOUNT Rs.2710.00 IS DEBIT FROM MY CREDIT CARD.IT'S OK,BUT THIS TRANSACTION IS FAIL FROM IRCTC WEB SITE NOT BOOKED MY TICKETS ON LINE FROM IRCTC WEB SITE. WHEN I CHECK MY CREDIT CARD BILL ME CHARGE AMOUNT Rs.2766.08. SO PLEASE CLARIFY ME THAT MY TRANSACTION IS FAILED SO WHY YOU CHARGE ANY OTHER CHARGES PLEASE GIVE ME REPLY SOON.
