As per communication by Bank official of Kharghar, Navi Mumbai branch i'd paid the amount told by him. I'd been told that there will be no outstanding dues on my account, but today after 5 years when seen my CIBIL score the account is yet not closed and while contacting customer care they asked to pay more Rs.4800 to close the account. I'm also having recording of them. Please help...
