I have booked 2 prepaid shipments on 20th and 21st October 2020 through Xpreesbees Surface courier to be delivered to Farakka, Murshidabad and English Bazar, Malda respectively. Both were picked up but them on 22nd October 2020, but as of date nothing has delivered, status is showing Lost. I email them but nothing has done by them
