Dear Sir/Madam,

Please note that I sent a document to Kolkata from Durgapur on 03-05-17 (doc no-E91300234458)through First Flight Couriers Ltd. but it was delivered on 31 May,2017. I had to face a lot of problem.My purpose was not solved.Informed the fact on 8-5-17 to the service provider at Durgapur,West Bengal but there was no fruitful result. Sent complaint to caacsd@ firstflight. net and ffcl@ firstflight.net on 12 May 2017 at 23:22. No action has yet been notified to me till date. Please take action immediately.
