I HAVE BOUGHT A GARMENT CLOTH (HIDESIGN LEATHER BAG) WORTH RS 5700. BUT DUE TO NON SATISFACTION I RETURNED IT THROUGH DTDC. MY CONSIGNMENT NO IS K00398182. IT WAS WEIGHTED 677 GM AND DATED 27/06/2017 (ORIGIN KF-2474). IT WAS CHARGED ME RS 260. IT WAS SENT TO JABONG.COM, RETURNS PROCESSING CENTRE, GURGAON, HARYANA, PIN-122015, SENT FROM MANISH MANDAL, ASHRAMPARA, BASIRHAT, NORTH 24 PGS(N), PO+PS= BASIRHAT, 743411. BUT DUE TO MISROUTE IT DID NOT DELIVER. AFTER 30 DAYS (DATED 24/07/2017). IT RETURNED TO ME BUT THE PRODUCT IS A BOOK (FORTUNE BOOK) WITH THE SAME CONSIGNMENT NO OF MY PRODUCT INSTEAD OF WHAT I SENT (GARMENT CLOTHS) WHICH IS WEIGHTED 277 GM. THE BOOK WAS ADDRESSED TO MR. M S NARULA, MANAGING DIRECTOR, DSC LTD, NO 602-A,UDYOG VIHAR, PHASE 5, GURGAON, HARYANA- 122016. NOW I THINK MY PARCEL IS LOST DUE TO MIS MANAGEMENT. THEY DID NOT HELP ME TO GET MY PRODUCT. I AM REQUESTING HERE. PLEASE HELP ME GET MY PRODUCT BACK OR THE REFUND FOR THE LOST PRODUCT AND DELIVERY CHARGES. PLEASE HELP ME.
