Dear Sir/Madam,

This is to inform you that I have booked a consignment in DTDC courier service (Consignment number D90835145) on 13/04/2020 from Chandigarh to Shantipur (pin 741404).

This consignment contains ESSENTIAL MEDICINES AND INJECTIONS which is urgently required.

The goods reached safely to Howrah.But the HOWRAH (SANTRAGACHI HUB) office is denying to deliver the goods to me whereas the company has taken maximum amount for delivery charge from me.

The concerned department is requested to convince the company to deliver the goods at my door step as I am locked down to my house due to COVID19 Pandemic.
