I HAVE PRE-BOOKED A UNIT AFIF-150 IN GAUR WORLD STREET MALL WITH BOOKING AMOUNT OF RS 2,00,000/-.THOUGH AS PER RERA ACT SECTION 3 NO PROMOTER IS ALLOWED TO MARKET BEFORE THE PROJECTS GETS RERA REGISTERED.I HAVE CANCELLED THE UNIT ON 29TH DECEMBER 2019,NOW ONE YEAR HAS BEEN ELAPSED THEY ARE DENYING THE REFUND.THEY ARE SAYING WHEN YOUR UNIT IS SOLD THEN WE WILL REFUND YOU.AS PER ACT THERE IS NO SUCH RULE.
