Complaint against deduction of money from my account without any reason

On. 19/06/2020 when i woke up in morning i was surprised by my account statement as i saw three deductions from my account in name of uber trip.. those three transactions was of approx 11,000 inr. The same day I contacted Uber. 1st of all they replied after 3-4 days and said there technical team will look after it .. and then about after a month on 20/07/2020 they refunded me about 2,000 inr.. after some days I asked uber about my remaining money then they said that they don’t know anything about it and they can’t do Anything this and i have to contact my bank.. sir please help me in refund of my money and i also want to claim a compensation of 1,00,00,000 on Uber for harassing me emotionally and financially . I am also attaching deduction slip and refund slip
