Wrong Billing/Short Item

I had ordered from JioMart on 24th May-2020 via bill number 15903237569029210M. Got the delivery on time but the bill was having the different prices than the order prices. Also 1 item was short. They refunded around Rs 21 whereas I was eligible for the refund of Rs 50 in lieu of missing item.

I had sent emails on their customer support and also called their help line but got no response.

Tweeted both bills (attached) and other messages to them. They reverted with some messages and calls but got same response every time that they escalated the matter and will resolve it soon. But I haven't any resolution/refund.

Although, the amount is not so big to be refunded but the time I had spent and mental stress I am going through to get my hard earned money back is much bigger.

Now I want to claim hundred times of the eligible amount that is Rs 3000 (three thousand).

Requested you to please look into this at earliest.
