All Multiwall Service Centre : Forged technician for washing machine repair

I filled a service request for washing machine repair to service provider Abdulla mobile number +91 7007241008 on 21 Nov 2020, at 11:04 am. The person put me on a conference call to explain the complaint and assured me the technician would visit me at earliest. However, no technician visit my house till 3:30 pm. I called Bosch Service Centre at 1800 266 1880, the person at other end helped me in unlocking the washing machine. I booked a technician visit with BOSCH. At 5:00 pm, a person who identified himself as Bosch technician Jitender entered my premises. He claimed that he is from Bosch Washing machine services, and my complaint number is 337779. He advised me to call me at 18005727510 for future complaints. He gave his mobile number +91 9650524679. He gives an estimate of Rs 8000 as the repair cost. I said I could confirm the purchase of parts after consultation with my husband. Jitender left the machine open and leave with the parts without informing me that he is taking them. I called Bosch services at 1800 266 1880 they confirm that they have not sent any technician and my complaint number is 476193053. Jitender called at my mobile number at 18:02 on 21-11-2020, to seek confirmation, I ask him to confirm in the morning. He again called me at 10:19 am on 22-11-2020, when I asked him to return the parts, he said that he would come in the afternoon to return. He had not returned the parts. When I checked my housing society records, there was no record by name Jitender or the phone number 9650524679; however, there was an entry in society register for my flat number 602 by ineligible name and phone number 9999352616 at time 4:50 pm on 21 -11- 2020. Out time recorded was 5:10. I request consumer court to look in the matter and ban such persons from practising.
