Non-furnishing of paper bill to customer even on request

Pantaloons Agra has made Covid-19 an excuse to forcibly obtain mobile numbers of customers, by making reciept of bill online only. even on request, they did not provide paper bill on a purchase, while all other branded retailers like Westside, Shoppers Stop, Harish Footfashion, Bachoomal Sons, etc in Agra are providing paper bill. Not every customer wants to provide contact details to retailers for fear of misuse and spam messaging which these retailers engage in profusely. even after repeated requests , physical bill copy was not furnished. instead, on my persistence, the staff took a photo of the billing screen from my phone to serve as bill. Asking for a bill, without having to provide my phone number for promotion is my right. I would like to claim the purchase amount for non-furnishing of bill.
