Nither providing service nor refunding ...

I have taken admission in private coachjng institute in new New Delhi, namely Unique shiksha in 1.5 lakh ,in which i have given lifetime access to class and all test series but i just study for 6 months ,afterthat lockdown has started ,then march onwards we have no online class after complaining to all staff and director so many times...they r just making our fool and now saying that they r facing financial crisis .Neither they are providing access to class nor refunding us just making excuses ...
