Miss sold the deal. Did not keep the promise

It was a seminar which we were supposed to attend and they said it will take 1.30 hours for it. Which we attended and as promised we were not given the 2night holiday voucher. Waiting for the mail since 2minths still not done. I was told if will be sent within 2days. Is this what sterling is? I was cheated.. I need my voucher.
