Faulty product received product from maroof communication center

I received product from maroof communication center 5 in 1 air bed. It stopped working after 3 months. Nozzle had an issue. Raised the issue with shop clues. Shop clues replied to check with Seller. Seller did not have any support function to repair it. He wanted me to go to puncture shop to fix myself. This is ridiculous. Its not puncture and puncture store will ask more money on top of what i paid to shopclues. This is not acceptable and strict action needed. I want refund of money which seller deny.
