i have ordered from paytm one geaser , paytm send the goods to gati courier and also send me the tracking code for courier, but the courier didnt deliver from last 15 days, i have tried to call and ask about the status but they didnt replied correctly they ask for some time, today when i called they told me that they lost the goods. now they are not picking my phone, i have all the recordings and supporting documents.
