I have ordered for a Divano Modular Office Chair DM964 cost Rs 7200/- and my order number is 2624737 which has been delivered on 3/10/2017 at around 2.10pm and when I open the Package I find the Chair is broken from the left ARM side and has several tears and the right ARM cushion is old and I can see this is total old and damaged product.

Hence I immediately called industry buying customer care and asked them to replace delivered item and even attached the photograph of damage as per their requirement but till date I have put 6 mails and around 10 calls to do the replacement of refund the money but they are not responding to any of may request.
