Respected Sir/ Madam, I am purchase one Blood prasure BP-One machine from Snapdeal Order ID: 15546997130, Placed On 02 Oct, 2016, I am received from Bluedart courier, Balurghat. and when I am open the box and i see the item all ready damage, because this is not working anything. so next day I return my product to snapdeal warehouse, kolkata. and I am also uploade my courier receipt. but snapdeal return my 90/- rupees courier charge, but snapdeal again return to me previous damage item and same item. same day I talk to snapdeal customer care service personal and he told me the snapdeal company does not anything do for this item and he not refund my money or change or replease the item. but why... please help me now what I do...
