We the residents of Sharda Greens Apartment, Bandri Jote, Dagapur had asked Royale Elevators to replace the faulty lift installed by them in our apartment. However they have not paid any heed to our complaints and are trying to lapse the warranty period. They have not given us the lift in proper working condition and have never redressed the problem. We had sent tons of mails complaining about the lift and yet they didn't take any action. Now they are trying to avoid our calls.
