Not refunded money yet ,not picking up phone & not not replying to mail

Money they are not refunded once they fail to provide suitable match as per their terms &condition , not they are not picking up phone ,not replying to mail , not on WhatsApp ,on visit to their office & met with Suparna Chatterjee, she said will refund but practically not refunded yet .
Request to take action for refund of money .
