No servicing for Kutchina smarter chimney after several calls

I purchased one kutchina smartec chimney from "srijoni" dealer nagerbazar, kolkata in july, 2019. As per the purchase agreement, i was supposed to get 3 free services + 2 additional services. Till today srijoni has provided only 1 incomplete free service. With great persuation, i got another service from the kutchina head office after complaining through this portal and i was told by the company that during lockdown in april - may, no service could be provided and additional two months grace period would be given on completion of one year.
Since july 2020, i have been complaining to Mr Datta, the owner of srijoni dealer, nagerbazar as well as to kutchina service center and local kutchina head office for providing a service for my kitchen chimney. Mr datta has given several dates but nobody turned up for the same till now.now the chimney is not working due to a Kutchina service center also gave me a docket no about a week back and nobody turned up. I have kept the chimney idle as it produces some abnormal sound when it is used take necessary action so that a consumer like me gets relief.
