I placed an order (OR 16118480) on May 25, 2020 of 5 items from Ferns and Petals, to be delivered on June 3, 2020. They have delivered only 2 products and now they are refusing delivery of the remaining 3 items amounting to Rs. 3097/- . They are unable to tell me if they can deliver the remaining items at all and are also refusing to cancel my order and issue a refund. For the last 24 hours, they are not even picking up the phone.
