Style spa furniture-termite attacks in bed

Dear Sir,
I have purchased one king size bed ,as per your commitment it is anti termite.but right now I am seeing lots of termite attacks in my bed.how it is possible. On repeated phone call, there was no response from stylespa people's. when I asked in store no one response my question.after selling products no one bothered for this.
Request you to please look this matter seriously.
