Complaint against Flipkart for Return and Refund Delay

Hi Team,
I Have placed an order for water filter from Flipkart from on May 25th, 2020 and received the product on June 3rd, 2020. However upon receiving the product I found the Tap is broken so I have initiated a return on 4th June, 2020. The return accepted and advised it would be picked up by 22nd June, 2020. I have complained to Flipkart that this is unacceptable as it is 18 days and the refund may take up to 8 days which means 26 days to complete the whole process which means the money is stuck for a month. They advised due to covid-19 situation they are experiencing delay and would be taken care of within 22nd June, 2020. After June 22, 2020 I have complained multiple times but they are keep delaying the pick up and this has not happened yet till July 1st, 2020. Till the pick up happens the refund would not be processed hence the money is stuck and as I have planned to buy the product with that money I am not able to buy any another filter. The problem is till the money is refunded and we are not getting a new water filter we are buying purified water everyday which is costing us. Please help us with a resolution.
