On asking any information say if u ask for the 4digit bank account to which the consumer is linked, they will have just 1answer that their software is not working, contact via toll free number, and no one even answers to that toll free number, it gets automatically disconnected. Here's the toll free number 18002333555. Don't even know why we have to go through those KYC checks if they don't have any record stored.
