Wrong and tempered item delivered and refusing to return

My name is ajay chandel. I bought a laptop from online e-commerce site name-Amazon india on 19th of june. I recieved that item on 28th of june. When i open that package and saw that's a different product that is not the product that i purchase online so as per there return policy i immediately raise the return on amazon by giving them photos of the product. But they cancelled my return by there own and said user refusing to returns.on 29th i again raise return complaint but they again cancel the return by there own and said user cancelling the return. Now almost 4 days over and only 3 days left to return that product and they cancelling my return requests continuously.I also buy this product on EMI and the send me this tempered product. Need your help and support to stop this kind of fraud activities happening now a days.And also want my credit back.
