Sofa defected after 1 month of purchase and no after sale service

I booked a sofa from Parul furniture and decorators , 34 , navyug market ghaziabad , on 31 /01/2021 and got delivery on 13 feb 2021 , and paid a sum of Rs .14600/- , faced problem with sofa within a month like wood crack from almost every place , paint damage , sofa making crackling sound , complaint it to the concerned person Mr. Nitin agarwal unlimited times but he never send any person to repair it , now it is not in condition of repair , it must be replaced ..He even didn't gave me Original bill , he always gave his customer hand written bill..
