Sir/madam,
I ordered a window ac of 0.75 ton voltas on cosmoskraft online portal ( order no. 701201) on 8th April 2021
I gave 11553/- rupees by my SBI debit card to cosmoskraft.
The cosmoskraft showed me that my product will dispatch till 15th April but till today 21st april 2021 I have no any information about my product.
I called on customer support of cosmoskraft they gave me fake promises.
Rightnow I am calling cosmoskraft for around 1 and half hours but they are not picking up my phone.
When I am seeing on cosmoskraft site, my product dispatch date is 13th -15th April till today.
I need your support to file a complain against cosmoskraft company regarding to fraud and want my money back.
