Sold product with manufacturing defect

I purchased a Voltas 1.5 ton AC from Flipkart in August 2017.However after few days of installation it stopped working due to gas leakage.Gas was refilled as product was in warranty. However si ce then gas leakage is a consistent problem with the AC. The service technicians are unable to identify the exact cause of leakage as it is a minor one. At the end of each season it stops working. The customer is of no help. The technicians coming are not even min qualified. After each visit the AC unit shows some problem. We therefore want either the company should change the product or pay for it.
