I have purchased one product online(3 Australian diamond jewellry set worth rs 499 only). My product order no was 76823896 . Product quality was very poor and also received in damage condition. I have placed the order no 22nd feb 2021 and material received on 27th feb 2021 and same day i have registered complaint to dispached back their product to Naaptol(comp. No.47989362) . I want to refund my money back as earliest as possible bcoz they regret to refund money said that only money voucher will be given and they will alott me a refund voucher to shop other products from naaptol and I don't wand any shopping from naaptol.There is no responsible person in naaptol to handle the customer query and no body revert to me for refund . I have very bad experience with Naaptol . I am asking my money back than why they take the time to return the same .
