i had transfer my home loan in hdfc on oct 2017 till now the subsidy has not given me bank send me below mail for reason

Dear Mr Arzoo,

Please refer to your loan account and subsequent documents submitted to us for claiming subsidy under CLSS .

Kindly note that your loan account is not eligible since it was a refinance (Balance transfer) and the property was complete at the time of applying for refinance to HDFC.

National Housing Bank (NHB) who is the nodal agency for processing such claims has confirmed that such loans will not be eligible for subsidy if the property is complete at the time of loan application for balance transfer.
