Wrong Installation of Solar System and subsidy issue

Zunrrof company installed on 23.10.2019. My oder was confirmed for 3 KW Rooftop Solar System by Company on 08.05.2019.compelete 3 KW rooftop Solar System and total amount Rs.159000 was taken by me with an assurance that subsidy will be paid by central and state government. At the time of installation, I noticed that system was not installing as per recommended by the government. I advised ti site Enggr. ans also to Zunroof customercare executives. After all system was installed and working since 23.10.2019. I contact to company to send experts and also for subsidy to check the issue, but he said that he had been informed to our officials. I sent so many mails, but no answered by the company. On 05.10.2020, I received an email to convert the order as NO SUBSIDY and they will pay me Rs.25000. I asked, to provide the subsidy letters which had been sent by you to concerned office and also to rectify the fault. Solar system electricity production was very less as per recommended 1500 units per kilowatt. But nobody is arriving to check and no subsidy was credited to my bank as per Zunroof Company committed to me with his Order confirmation letter on 08.05.2019.
