Replacement of Tablet because of damaged display screen

I bought an i kall company tablet from Flipkart company, whose delivery I received on 28 August 2020, but the display screen of the tablet was bad due to which I appealed to replace it on 28 August itself. And on September 02, 2020, the company's delivery boy for the tablet's replacement came but refused the replacement and went back, stating that the tablet's serial number did not match. After this the company did not contact me and on the morning of 05 September 2020 I was informed via a message that the replacement deadline had expired on 04 September 2020. Therefore, I appeal to you to take appropriate action against Flipkart company and get my tablet replaced.
