i've purchased Samsung 1.5 ton split air conditioner on 2nd february 2020 and when for the very first time in march i tried using that it was not working upon calling customer care i've been informed that no engineer will be able to visit due to lockdown i waited for them for about a month and the day the engineer visited he informed me about the gas leakage also he told me that this product is defected and then i called my area area sales manager as well as Mr rohit majumdar and many rude personalites of samsung care team but at last they told me to gee this repair as they have no option to replace my product i have been continuosly asking them to replace that product but they denied and behaved soo rudely that finally i ended up gettting it repaired as this was an emergency for me as my morher underwent two surgeries and her condition was not well and when she was discharged from the hospital in june i have to get that one repaired but now from past one week again i've been facing issues with this a/c as the indoor unit is draining large amount of water continuosly i made complaint for the same to customer care as well as area sales manager and engineer visited my place today and again after he had gone the same problem persists..it is draining large amount of water.. my mother is not well she needs ac as she is on heavy dose antibiotics after her surgery..i can not allow any more engineer visits at my place as well due to covid pandemic as the doctor suggested no one to visit my place due to my mothers condition.kindly request to return this product and refund my amount i don't want to be part of samaung family now
