My son Sauraj Kumar Srivastava (Student ID: P036611) was registered in PACE Academy RDC, Raj Nagar, Ghaziabad (UP) in the of November/December 2019 for class 10 ICSE board (2020-21) coaching and deposited PDC in advance as per policy of Institute.
I have made advance payment of Rs. 10,000/- in admission. Second cheque send for remittance into bank without prior intimation.
They have organized few classes as per syllabus of CBSE board while my son was registered for ICSE board. There is a big difference in both syllabus and maximum part of CBSE board 10th standard was covered in 9th standard of ICSE board. ICSE board syllabus covered a very wide spectrum of study. So that till 16th June 2020 (first complaint date) they cannot complete a single chapter in any subject. During admission, they have promised that they have separate batches for ICSE and CBSE.
This is very unfortunate that the number of times I complained to Mr. Amit Sir and faculties those are taken classes but do not get satisfactory replies.
In this situation I am unable to continue my son with your institute because this is the first stairs of career of my son.
Now they are denying to refund the paid amount on basis that we have no refund policy, whereas every organization have refund policy if services are not satisfactory.
I would request him to refund paid fees (Rs. 10,000/- + Rs. 10433/-=Rs. 20,433/-) either by cheque or fund transfer in my SBI accounts as mentioned into cheque available with them.
Please look into matter and make the necessary arrangement for refunding of fees paid by us at earliest.
