I bought Marq's 1.5 ton split air conditioner (Order ID: OD115633868193125000) on 4th June 2019, which was installed on 9th June 2019. This year it not working during the warranty period itself. I complained about it on 8th May 2020 on flipkart.

After this, after investigation by flipkart technician, flipkart promised to give me full refund, because they not have the damaged part.

On 20th May 2020, flipkart technician uninstalled the AC. But so far neither the landed air conditioner has been picked up nor I have received the refund.

Now my order details showed that refund is cancelled on 23rd June 2020.

I want my full refund.
