Amount paid but not delivering product- smarturban.com

Dear Concern,

I have bought a MOSQUITO TRAP™ - USB POWERED LED MOSQUITO KILLER LAMP [QUIET + NON-TOXIC] from Smart Urban on 20th April @995 Rupees.

I have email confirmation of payment over email with order number.

But after few days when I checked the status , the website was down and now no one is reverting over email.

I have made the payment through Paytm n now Paytm has given me a contact number of Smart urban , but no one responded on that number also.
