I purchased a 32 inch sony bravia LED TV on 16 Jul 2017. Within a year multiple lines and double images appeared on screen under warranty period. I complained to customer care regarding the same and the panel was changed. That time I took two years extended warranty from the authorise dealer. Again the same problem I am facing in the end of the aug 2019 and complained to the customer care on 4rth sep 19 regarding the same problem. The technician visited and examine the problem. He told me that the panel will be changed. I talked to the sony customer care and told them that the same problem repeatedly comes again and again and I am facing the problem twice in two years. I request him to replace this manufacturing defect TV with new one. I also mail regarding the same to the sony official email id two times and they denied to replace this manufacturing defect TV. They replied only the panel will be changed. If I agree to change the panel then what will be the guarantee that it will not happen again . Sony is the reputated company but I think they compromise with there product and making fools to the customer.
Please look into this matter very seriously.
