महोदय
मैंने Pharameasy से ऑनलाइन medicine आर्डर की थी जिसमे से एक दवाई मुझे वापस करनी है किन्तु कंपनी के Custumer Care से बात की तो उन्होंने दवाई वापस लेने से साफ़ इंकार कर दिया, जबकि उनके Invoice पे साफ़ लिखा है की "Keep the Original Invoice for return the medicine" . महोदय मै पिछले 4 - 5 वषों से Pharmeasy से ऑनलाइन दवाइयाँ ले रहा हूँ इसके बावजूद कंपनी का अपने custumer के प्रति इस प्रकार का व्यवहार उचित नहीं है , इसलिए इस मामले को आपके संज्ञान में ला रहा हूँ।
