Non-handing over of Flat

I had booked a Flat B2-1104 in SVD Society, Rajnagar Extension, Ghaziabad, U.P. but till date possession of the flat is not given to me by the builder despite full payment and registry done in my favour in May 2019. At present, no wood work in kitchen is done however, it was promised in Agreement. I was told that Rs. 3000/- would be given back for that work which is totally unacceptable to me. Please intervene in the matter and direct the builder to first complete all work of the flat as agreed to in the agreement made between it and me. Secondly, direct the builder to give me compensation of at least Rs. 5,00,000/- for delayed handing over (possession) of flat and towards money I paid in EMI's of the flat and giving rent @ 20,000/- per month to my landlord at Delhi. Besides, mental agony caused to me and my family.
