Laptop not delivered and cancelled my order also.

Sir I have ordered a laptop from amazon which should be delivered by today evening 25-6-2021,but delivery agent of amazon company cancelled my order and reported fake description that exchange was faulty but he did not call me and did not visit my house for the delivery and it has been done 5th time from amazon. I paid for the item and requested the item in exchange of my working laptop as per the company policy.
