Wrong item deliver now not returning

I ordered two size of curtains 4x10 and 4x7 for set of 4 each on 29 april 2021 but received only two curtains of size 4x9 that too food gravy stains, paint stains and poor quality on 3rd May 2021.. everytime I raise complaint they cancel it stating that I have done it so. I want these curtain to be picked up by Amazon and get my refund along with the mental harrasement that I have been through since the order received. The last pick up was scheduled for 22 May 2021 but again I received the same notification of being it cancelled while I did not do it.. I have again raised the request for return for today and I am pretty sure that they will again cancel it.. I have chat and call recordings with me for proof how they have been making a fool of me .
