i did recharge on freecharge on 17th may 2016 of 148 rs i got message that recharge failed i complaint against it and got reply pls contact the reliance about it i also contact them they said recharge failed and money refunded to freecharge and i send approx 50 emails but got same reply that we will not refund the money its a fraud with e wether u can check with reliance they confirm to u that recharge failed and money refunded.

    We have found a big fraud by freecharge team. Now in these days they are offering some cashback on adding money. This is my humble request to all of you that please stop using freecharge and their wallet. They are totally fraud.
    I have loaded rs 5000 in freecharge wallet few days back. freecharge team has disabled these user id’ and saying that this is due to their internal policy. Now they are not ready to reactivate these accounts. But only for formality purpose they are asking for different types of documents as id proof.
    Friends, I am trying to activate my account from the last 15 days…..i have given at least 500 to 600 emails regarding this issue to freecharge….but still problem has not resolved.
    Friends, I have lost our 5000/- at freecharge scam.
    This is request to you that please be aware and stop using freecharge…because you can also be one of us.
    If anyone knows the way to recover our money ….then please suggest. We will be very much thankful to you..

    I paid my electricity bill two times from freecharge bill amount is Rs.570
    On 9th jan 2017
    My transaction got failed both times
    After that i mailed to freecharge customer care they replied on my mail that they return my money to my bank account within 5 to 7 days but till now i didn't get my money back

    it's been around 2 months and I haven't received my money in account or in the form of e-cash on my free charge wallet. I regularly use freecharge in some or other way
    PoS 634107572972 Is the transaction number.. I haven't received any rpl from the customer care.With respect to the bus ticket dated 6 dec 2016 From indore to bhopal.
    But I didn't receive any ticket after my money was deducted.

    My order had been cancelled by Faasos on Dec 29 for which i have paid through Freecharge, but i didn't get the money. on Asking with Fassos they said they have refunded the amount with transaction details. But when i asked freecharge for the same they are draging the issue. it's been over a month they did not provide me a refund.
