My purifier filter is not working and the agent who come to fix the purifier is saying its internal

My water purifier filter is not working and the agent who come to fix the purifier is saying its internal parts need to be replaced and is asking for money even if my purifier is in warranty period and I talked to customer care but still my issue is not resolved.
the new Aqua water purifier is in warranty and the agent and the customer is saying to pay the amount for spare parts and the spare parts costs 2500-3000 rupees. I am purchasing the water from RO water service everyday which cost 25 rupees each bottle and also due to change in the drinking water is making me and my family sick which makes me visit doctor. I asked the company what if it again comes in not working condition in 10 days then they replied that again I will have to pay for it. How is this making any kind of sense if I have to pay this huge amount of money every month. If this is their service to their consumer than they can refund my whole amount of the product of which listing price was 23000 and the offer price was 9054 so that I can purchase another water purifier of different company or else they can fix my aqua free of cost and also to provide me my expenses which I had made in medical and water due to this problem.
