BSRTC bus 4011(Krishna tour and travels ) from Patna to Madhubani doesn't follow route ..

This is very disgusting and fraud behaviour with passengers that BSRTC bus - 4011 ( Krishna tour and travels 8:00 am to 12:35 pm) doesn't follow the prescribed route from Patna to Madhubani.. driver and conductor just change the route to save money of toll tax and take the heavy bus on MDR and VR road which is very vulnerable as per accident condition. And this is very disgusting that no one take eye on such activities. So many BSRTC buses are going through such route just to save Toll tax. Which is huge loss of government And passengers also. I not reach on time to take part in official meeting.
Any one who concerns please take action on such activities. This is very disgusting.
