On 30th Nov I did shopping from Lakshmi Mart Bhorey, Gopalganj , Bihar. Bill was rupees 2240 I paid bill through Phone Pay. that time due to technical glitch payment was not successful. again I tried and same happened. I paid twice. after sometime I get message I paid twice rupees 4480 but when I contacted shopkeeper he denied bluntly. I complained in consumer forum, RBI Ombudsman. But nothing happened. Please do the needful so I can get my money back.
