Dear sir/Madam, Logged a Repairing Complains for tv Remote Sensor Repairing request in Videocon servicing centre on 18th ( ID:- LP-7251582005191) Then the staff came next days and collect his servicing charge ie 500Rs for just to see the problam and then he forget to provide Repairing service till now 04th June. Called many times to their Call Centre staff but always no positive response. Pls help me out.
