Dear Sir/Madam,
I am currently residing at VILL-TEGHRA (NP) ,TOLA-BAJALPURA,PANCH-TEGHRA (NP) ,BLOCK-TEGHRA, DIST-BEGUSARAI ,which is having an electricity connection bearing consumer number 1162043385 (Old consumer number -BHH7445903), account number -BCHTR-5812 , Division : BARAUNI/116 ,Lower Division : BACHHWARA/1162 ,Branch : TEGHRA/11621 as of today.

I was extremely shocked to receive the current electricity bill number 2021041162043385 through online portal for an amount of INR 14,738.00 with unit consumption of 2120 whereas my monthly electricity bill amounts generally range between INR 20 to 300 with unit consumption of 4 to 50 units , you can refer my previous billing history.
The bill for this month is 56 times of the amount /unit’s consumption of my regular bill & this is drastic shift of consumption wrongly generated by NORTH BIHAR POWER DISTRIBUTION COMPANY LTD & this high number change in a month is next to impossible for a household living in village with only 1 Fan & LED bulb.

Also to bring your notice , I have been using the postpaid connection till Jan’21 but the same has been converted to pre-paid connection in month of February 2021 by you itself & meter has been handed over to you & replaced with new meter for which I am recharging pre usages.
I really don’t understand how the come the bill of month March & April 2021 can be generated if the meter was handed over to NBPSCL in February 2021.

As you will notice , there is clearly an error in it. I , therefore , kindly request you to correct the current bill & issue a fresh bill for the actual value.
Also kindly adjust the excess amount paid by me in the next bill amount.
This is really demolishing your brand credibility & I really trust my complainant will be resolved on high priority as you are the most trusted brand in location & we continue to have good relations in the long term.
