Complaint against Flipkart whichsells defective items.

I have bought an "Intel Quadcore 2.33 GHz LGA 775 Q8200 Wok on G31 and G41 Processor Silver | Not eligible for return" from Flipkart on 17.06.2021. The product was delivered on 21.06.2021 which was faulty. Even that, my old processor was working very well in my G31 Motherboard. I have requested Flipkart on 26.06.2021 to replace the product as this item has only a 10-days replacement policy. After repetitive requests, they manage to replace with the processor. But this time, it was the worst processor I have ever used. The replaced processor was found faulty again, even this processor has damaged my Processor Socket of G31 Motherboard. This Rs.975/- processor made my Computer System useless. The seller details on Flipkart is as under:- M/s computer parts, B-25, Sidharth Building Nehru Place, Delhi, NEW DELHI - 110019 These types of Sellers make fools to consumers. I demand full compensation for damaging my Computer after inspection & for the mental harassment and wasting time which I had to face.
